Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management – Aviva Investors, Kroll, PAM

, the global asset management business of Aviva, has appointed Oskar Geldof as head of the Benelux countries – Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. 

Geldof is based in Amsterdam and reports to Torben Dunkel, head of Europe at Aviva Investors, the firm said in a statement. He is succeeding Catrinus Van Willigen, who has retired after almost 13 years with the firm.

Geldof, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry, previously spent a decade at Fidelity International where he was most recently head of institutional sales (public and private markets) for the Netherlands, the firm added. Prior to this, Geldof served in senior sales roles in asset management and investment banking in London, New York and Benelux.   

“Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg represent an important institutional market for Aviva Investors and we have ambitious plans to further grow our presence in the region,” Dunkel said.

Kroll
(PAM), has appointed David Brooks as director in the UK advisor solutions distribution team. 

Brooks will be responsible for the distribution of PAM’s range of technology-enabled advisor solutions, reporting to Ben Sears, head of UK solutions in London, the firm said in a statement. 

“David has a fantastic name in the industry and brings deep expertise working with financial planning firms to deliver quality investment solutions," Sears said.

Previously, Brooks spent nearly a decade at LGT Wealth Management, where he was a partner running key advisor relationships across the South West of England, the firm added. Brooks' appointment follows PAM’s hire of Elliott Kibble in March as an associate director who focuses on advisor relationships in the North of England.
